Discovering the Magical Amalfi Coast

 

Hi Kathy!  

I’m typing this from my lounge chair at the Santa Caterina in Amalfi, which is absolutely beautiful. We’re having a phenomenal trip!

The private boat tours have been the absolute highlights of the trip. So amazing! The tour company is very flexible and accommodating on the itinerary and are extremely hospitable. 

The hotel in Positano was great!  

The cooking class was a great experience, mixing just the right amount of actual labor with an enjoyable 4-course meal. 

Don Alfonso and La Sponda were the top two meals on the trip, and maybe even in my life. We may differ in our family between which is #1 and #2, but they were the two best for sure.
